- Chop the spinach, onion and salmon in tiny pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan or in a kettle.
- Add spinach and onion chops in. Don't let them get grilled.
- Next add flours and blend the gravy smooth, but don't let it burned.
- Decrease the heat and add cream while blending.
- Finally add salmon chops and let the sauce stew in mild heat about 10 minutes. It's good to blend it awhile.
- Serve the sauce along your favourite pasta.
