Pasta Sauce with Spinach & Cold Smoked Salmon
100-150 gr spinach (fresh or frozen)
200-300 gr cold smoked salmon
100 gr butter
2 rkl flour
1 onion
3 dl nutrition cream
black pepper
salt
herbs by own choice
  • Chop the spinach, onion and salmon in tiny pieces.
  • Melt the butter in a pan or in a kettle.
  • Add spinach and onion chops in. Don't let them get grilled.
  • Next add flours and blend the gravy smooth, but don't let it burned.
  • Decrease the heat and add cream while blending.
  • Finally add salmon chops and let the sauce stew in mild heat about 10 minutes. It's good to blend it awhile.
  • Serve the sauce along your favourite pasta.

  • For drink we recommend lightly chilled vichy with berry or fruit flauvour.
